I am very excited for this album !!!
When I released “A Sinner's Grace”, it was more of an experiment to see if my lyrics really could work for country. It worked better than I could imagine. With my second release "Gunpowder Prayers', I dove back into my blues background and went in a more darker Delta direction.
With “Higher Ground”, I'm really finding my groove. As a bass player, we call this “finding the pocket”. I can go outlaw country, fun country, redemption blues, or good ol' front porch storytelling. This release has it all…
